We do not stock photos, place mats, bookmarks, or other manufactured items. These are are produced in-house, as ordered, and created on demand.
NONE of our merchandise is offered on approval or for inspection as it is carefully described and clearly pictured on our website. Everything is brand new unless otherwise expressly declared.
Merchandise is NOT returnable unless defective, which is highly unlikely since we manufacture nearly all of it and carefully inspect every item before shipment. Merchandise damaged in shipping is EXCHANGEABLE upon filing a damage claim. We have never however, had merchandise damaged in shipping. Merchandise missing or stolen before delivery will be replaced upon filing a claim. Once delivered to your stated address we disclaim all responsibility for the package.
Merchandise damaged in shipment MUST be reported to us upon receipt and held for postal inspectors WITH THE damaged shipping carton or envelope. No exchange can be made if this material is discarded.
To return damaged merchandise you MUST contact us BEFORE returning it and receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Requests for an RMA MUST be accompanied with your name, address, item description and REASON FOR RETURN. Returns of goods without an RMA will NOT be processed. When damaged returned goods are received they are inspected and a replacement will be supplied.
All goods are mailed with a tracking number. Packages reported as lost will be replaced free of charge after the REQUIRED USPS waiting period. This is to prevent duplicate delivery of packages delayed by a carrier (not under our control).
GENERAL POLICY: We guarantee our products against defects in material, workmanship, shipping damage, and loss. If you receive any product that is substantially and materially different from what is shown and advertised on the website or fail to receive your order, we’ll exchange and/or replace those free of charge.
We do NOT accept returns for any other reason.
