Among our other talents and avocations, photography has always been our passion. We began taking photos at age 10, when my aunt gave me a Kodak Brownie Hawkeye for my birthday. I was soon developing, printing and enlarging my work and the rest was, as they say, history.
I quickly became a serious photographer and have thousands of images I will eventually share on this website.
I took these photos on trips in the American West, mostly in Bodie, California, Clark County, Nevada, and Jerome, Arizona.
We will bring you many other images, but today I’d like to share a select group that most people probably have not seen: Ghost Towns.
The best way to view the images is to CLICK ON THE ‘MAGNIFYING GLASS’ in the lower right hand corner of the image box. That will create a “lightbox” (a full size window) for viewing, also allowing you to PAUSE the images. If you roll the mouse atop any image in the lightbox window, you’ll be able to manually advance or go back one image at a time.
